Ms. Vesikula is one of the hubs brave line of women, who have wielded entrepreneurship and are succeeding at an incredible momentum.

She has 3 decades of firm experience in both the Public and Private Sectors. The former secondary school teacher and project manager to countless multimillion-kina projects has a wealth of insight on the successful deliverance of impactful humanitarian work; something she now has been doing.

Adi Annaseini shares with us the balance she has been able to develop in her day-to-day activities. Entrepreneurship; A way of Life.

When Covid hit in 2020, it affected many SMEs in PNG, Gaplance Pacific included. A business continuity plan was developed with the assistance of the Business Link Pacific. That kept us afloat for a while, while we developed a 12 month Business Plan (BP). This expired June 2021.

Today we refocus on where we want to be in 2 years and what we need to do to get there. Assisted by Business Link Pacific (BLP) we are developing our 2 year Business Plan. Business plan implementation requires discipline if you want to achieve business goal.

Gaplance Pacific was given the opportunity to deliver Basic Project Management to Digicel Staff under the Digicel Foundation's staff grant program. Making use of the network; a number of participants participated virtually from Kokopo, Hagen, Madang and Popondetta. Awesome participants with life changing community projects.
