Just had a meeting with a local SME business at Vision City who wanted a website purely for advertisement and email hosting. He told me all his requirements and we discussed the characteristics of a good website;

1. Functional; website must have a purpose. Right?

2. Easiness: Website must be easy to use

3. Relevant Content: Must have content to make users interested

4. Modern: Must look modern and use current trends and technology..

5. Optimized: Must work perfectly with other devices like tablets, phones and computers.

6. Responsive: Must work well with different browsers.

7. Reliable: Will it be up 24/7?

8. Scalable: Can it be able to handle requests from a lot of visitors?

9. Security: Its a major thing for websites. Must make sure it follows best security practices
