Most people don’t know this:
A COMPANY IS A HUMAN BEING.
Yes.
Not your uncle. Not your neighbour.
A registered company.
The law treats a company like a person that can:
Drag you to court
Be dragged to court
Own houses and land
Sign agreements
Speak through lawyers in court
So when you say, “It’s just one company like that.
Relax, you are arguing with a legal human being.
But here is the twist that will shock you:
A company can commit offences, owe money,
pay millions in damages
But it cannot go to prison.
Why?
Because it has no body to arrest.
That is why the law sometimes goes after the directors behind it.
So next time you sign anything with a company,
shine your eyes well.
You are not dealing with “paper.”
You are dealing with a person created by law.
That “company” you are playing with is a full human being in law.
