''As a young boy, I always hear about armed robberies in the Commercial banks, Retail businesses, other Private and Government institutions, businesses and premises and always raise this question; ‘WHERE ARE THE SECURITY OFFICERS?’However, I came to realize that millions of kina and properties that are stolen every year are due to security officers who ‘COMPROMISE’ and carry out ‘INSIDE JOBS’ wit

h the criminals that makes it so easy for the criminals to easily walk away with millions of kina and properties.Having this in mind, I really wanted to become a security officer and do my job ‘FAITHFULLY’ with ‘HONESTY’ and ‘INTEGRITY’ without ‘COMPROMISE’ and so I joined Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary (Police Force) and became a Police Officer, but I alone could not overcome these security issues. I needed security officers to work under my command and control.Therefore, this story, and others, are what have eventually drawn me into the Security Industry where I founded Lions Guard Secure Solutions PNG Limited and now recruits only the God-fearing security officers who are faithful Christians and well trained to maintain ‘PROFESSIONALISM’ with ‘HONESTY’ and ‘INTEGRITY’ without ‘COMPROMISE’ for a better and safer community that is well secured.”
