lity (PV) – the development of personal power (physical, mental, spiritual) to achieve whatever one wants to achieve in life. In PV there is no entry level; we have trained people from 8 years old to 90 years, people with absolutely no formal education to degree holders, rich or poor, employers & employees. Since 1996, EDTC has trained more than 35,000 people in all provinces of PNG, & overseas in Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia. EDTC has developed, during the past 20 years (1995-2015), a comprehensive PNG home-grown, unique, innovative, inclusive, action-learning business-class education system. The EDTC Personal Viability Business Scheme provides equal opportunity for everyone to establish, develop, manage & own a profitable business and to achieve an internationally recognized professional (not academic) university degree. We have also established Papa Sam Foundation, which has provided free training to inmates in most PNG jails, and to other needy people who are prepared to help themselves to become self-reliant & financially independent.
