Render is finished, ceiling battens are up and the frame/eave delivery is going to site today along with a site clean too. Next week I will have the walls up, eaves done, external doors hung, external paint done and windows installed.

Painting was completed, plumbing fit off is done, fencing started and the electrical fit off which will be finished Monday. Next week I have the A/C’s fitted off externally, garage door installed, insulation booked, shelving, shower screens/mirrors/robes go in, landscaping and carpet get done.

Fit offs are complete, locks done, insulation in, screens/mirrors/robes installed, shelving don , first clean finished and driveway set up. Next week we will pour driveway, finish carpet, start fencing, landscaping, silicone, blinds and final clean … ready for handover with you on Friday.

Well we got the stormwater done and blocks delivered then the blocklayer kicked of … but management made the call to not go any further until we knew what we were looking at with the cyclone encroaching as we didn’t want to lay blocks then have to clean up and start again, so Monday we will kick off again now Nathan has blown past and pour bondbeam Thurs to stand trusses Fri.

Fit offs 95% complete, weather should let us finish external fit off Monday. Next week I have insulation, shower screens/robes/mirrors, garage door, shelving and first clean booked. Driveway also if the ground will accept the machine to dig and trim.
