CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Primary Objectives:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is an executive-level role responsible for developing, designing, and approving PPL’s commercial strategy. CCO is a key member of PPL’s strategic leadership team responsible for helping to develop and implement the strategic efforts that lead the company toward the accomplishment of its mission and objectives.
With a clear target to enhance PPL’s commercial position, the CCO will further develop PPL’s existing revenue streams as well as identify and secure new ones.
The CCO will specifically lead and manage at the strategic level the Commercial Business Unit workflows and workforce which comprises of Finance, Retail and Shared Services functions. The position will ensure these functional groups have and maintain the resources needed to deliver the services and achieve the outcomes required of them.

Qualifications:
This is an executive management role expected to assume overall financial, retail and shared services responsibilities for one of Papua New Guinea’s largest companies. As such the position holder is expected to hold a university qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management or Economics. It is expected that the incumbent must have the following technical qualification:
A registered accountant with current practicing certificate from a professional accounting body such as CPA or ICA with post graduate qualification.
Must have completed the CPA or ICA project with at least 10 years’ experience in a similar position
Post graduate qualification in Business Management, Business Administration and or Commerce is desirable

Minimum Experience

Primary Objectives:
Reporting to the General Manager Shared Services, this position is responsible to assume overall responsibilities of managing the Information Communication Technology team and functions of PPL in terms of;

Qualifications:
