MEMORANDUM
TO: STUDENTS, PARENTS/GUIDIANCE, STAFF, TENANTS AND CLIENTS
FROM: IBBM MANAGEMENT DATE: 23 APRIL 2020
REF: M0520

SUBJECT: BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

According to the latest National Emergency Orders, schools will be opened starting 27 April 2020 with strict control measures hence this memo. Please note that this Memo supersedes the last Memo M0420. Below are IBBM’s plans going forward:

1. For ALL Australian Programs including MBA, Bachelors and Diploma Programs, classes will continue with face to face here at IBBM but with the ‘new normal’ starting 27 April 2020. All students are encouraged to attend classes but for those that do not want to attend classes, materials will be provided online as usual but you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

2. All Diploma of Banking classes will resume next week, 27 April 2020. Materials will also be provided online for those that elect not to attend classes.

3. All our Corporate Training classes will resume next week 27 April 2020 but with strict controls as per the ‘new normal.

4. All Facilities bookings for workshops, seminars, and conferences here at the campus remain suspended until further notice.

5. All our current tenants must advice IBBM on their plans and advice Facilities Manageress on whose coming to work for ease of control during this period.

6. This pandemic has changed the way businesses operate throughout the globe including PNG and things will never be the same anymore. Here at IBBM, we will promote the ‘new normal’ of healthy hygiene practices, social distancing and implement preventative measures within our means to keep our staff, students and clients safe. We urge you all to play your part here at the campus as well as your homes to ensure we do what we can in winning this war.

We will continue to manage this to minimize any disruptions to our programs as much as we can. We need your full support and understanding in these trying times.

Sincerely,
Johnson Pundari, Executive Director
