Greetings to PLCS, followers nationwide,
As lead consultant of my clients of the Papua LNG pipeline project I am compelled to state here that, the Resource ownership laws and the National Land Act demands an immediate review and amendment.
By doing that the Resource Owners can receive maximum benefit from their traditional land on which mineral or liquid of value is found.
Similarly the oil and gas Act must also be amended to give higher share of equity to landowners.
My team of lawyers and Landowners of the Papua LNG pipeline route will be filling legal proceedings at the national court of Papua New Guinea to ensure these review and amendments are done for good of our resources landowners and for PNG..
The current government isn't doing anything to protect our resource landowners but rather doing everything in favour of developers and themselves.
Such practices must STOP.
Will appreciate your thoughts on this matters

PURARI RIVER , WERE THE SECOND LARGEST LNG PROJECT (Papua LNG ) is located.
Am going to set foot there as land consultant to Landowners there..
Those of you who could remember the film ' WOKABAUT BLONG TONTEN 1972, well the Actor is from Karkar Island Madang, He went to Purari to shoot some scenes there.
I am from Madang too ,but will be there for a very different reason.
If anything . .two Madang men will contribute towards the development of these vastly undeveloped area of PNG before and after independence in varying capacities.
PURARI RIVER will be better-known to the world now because of the LNG project and the Film Wokabaut Blong Tonten.

An other survey job done by my surveyor with drafting completed and ready for registration at the Surveyor General's office.
Once signed I will lodge an application for Customary Land Registration at the Land Title Commission Office here in Port Moresby
