Vacancy – HR Admin Officer

We have an immediate vacancy for a HR Admin Officer to join our team at our Lae Operations.

Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a reputable organization
- Knowledge of Labour laws
- Ability to multitask; excellent time management
- Excellent communications skills; written and oral
- Must be proficient with MS Applications (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Must reside within LAE.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting Recruitment and Onboarding of new employees
- Processing Timesheets for Payroll
- Attending to all Employee Queries in a timely manner
- Responsible for Uniform Stock Ordering and Reports
- Responsible for Employee Reassignments, Disciplinary Procedures and Exit Protocols
- Creation and Maintenance of employee files
