On 11 August, seven bold innovators stepped onto the national stage at E-Space to pitch their ideas, businesses, and visions for a greener, more sustainable Papua New Guinea.

Reaching the ClimateLaunchpad PNG 2026 National Pitch was already a major achievement, following months of training, coaching, mentoring, and customer discovery.

And now, three innovators have earned their place at the next stage:

After months of training, coaching, mentoring, and refining their climate solutions, eight outstanding innovators have made it through to the ClimateLaunchpad PNG 2026 National Pitch Competition! 👏🌏

Their ideas represent the growing diversity of climate entrepreneurship in Papua New Guinea, spanning nature-based solutions, sustainable agriculture, marine conservation, the circular economy, climate technology, creative industries, digital media, and sustainable tourism.

As Papua New Guinea's first coworking space and a long-time champion of entrepreneurship, we are thrilled to be at the forefront of the BPW Club of Port Moresby Women in Business Startup Pitch Competition.

This program is open to everyone... the only requirement is that the founding team includes at least one woman. Best of all, there is no application fee.

Over the course of the program, participants will receive training, coaching, and mentorship to develop their business ideas and become confident, investment-ready pitchers by the end of September.

After months of applications, bootcamp, coaching, mentoring, and refining groundbreaking ideas, the Climate Launchpad PNG 2026 National Pitch Competition is finally here!

Over the years, our programs have become more than just a competition, they’ve become a launchpad for innovators tackling some of Papua New Guinea's biggest climate challenges through entrepreneurship. We've had the privilege of working with passionate founders, helping them transform early-stage ideas into investment-ready ventures, while connecting them to regional and global opportunities.

This year has been our biggest and most exciting journey yet, with a record number of aspiring green entrepreneurs stepping forward to prove that climate action and business can go hand in hand. And we couldn't be more excited to witness our finalists take the stage and showcase months of hard work, resilience, and innovation.

The stakes are high.

Our National Winners will go on to represent Papua New Guinea at the Climate Launchpad Regional Finals and, for the opportunity to pitch among some of the world's most promising climate startups in Singapore later this year.
