Experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of our remote facilities.
This role is responsible for ensuring all buildings, equipment, and services are maintained to a high standard while meeting operational and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage maintenance budgets, assets, and service schedules.
Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management.
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety practices.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Relevant technical or trade qualifications are an advantage.
