As part of the Pacific Managers Development Program, Tanorama proudly facilitated a Training of Trainers workshop for a group of exceptional emerging leaders from the Internal Revenue Commission (IRC), PNG Customs, and the Pacific Islands Tax Administration Association (PITAA). This program was designed to enhance participantsโ€™ capacity not only as leaders but also as effective trainers, equipping them with the tools to empower others within their organisations.

Throughout the three-day interactive workshop, participants engaged in dynamic learning experiences focused on:
โ€ข Adult education principles
โ€ข Training design and delivery
โ€ข Facilitation techniques
โ€ข Strategies for effective knowledge transfer in the workplace

The workshop was led by Ms. Christine Sumbuk, Tanoramaโ€™s Lead Facilitator and an accomplished professional in adult learning. She was supported by Ms. Eltonia Ah-Wong, Tanoramaโ€™s Project Services Manager, who played a key role in preparations, planning, and the design of training delivery.

Tanorama extends its heartfelt gratitude to the six dedicated participants for their enthusiasm and active engagement throughout the program. Their successful completion of the workshop represents a key milestone in their professional development, equipping them with the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality training within their respective organisations.

We look forward to seeing them lead, train, and inspire others!
