• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer retention with the ability to persuade customers to stay
• Neutral to American English accent
• Positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection and power supply
