⏰ MAINTENANCE PERIOD: 3:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Magsisimula ang maintenance ng 3:00 AM at inaasahang matatapos by 5:00 PM sa parehong araw.

Ayon sa outage tracking website na Downdetector.com, tumaas ang nagrereport ng problema sa iba't ibang internet service provider.

Base sa post ng UP Diliman Network Helpdesk, isa umano sa mga undersea cable segment na nagkokonekta sa Pilipinas at Singapore ay offline.

📢 Para po sa lahat ng YS-FIBER subscribers:

Kung may napapansin po kayong slight slowdown sa internet today, may ongoing issue po ngayon sa EAC-C2C submarine cable system na maaaring makaapekto sa international internet traffic.

🔧 C2C Hong Kong – currently under maintenance
🔴 C2C Singapore – currently down

Dahil dito, may mga international traffic na kailangang dumaan muna sa alternative routes. Dahil mas marami ang dumadaan sa ibang available paths, posible pong magkaroon ng slight congestion, higher latency, o mabagal na loading sa ilang international websites, apps, games, at online services.

🌐 Sa YS-FIBER, naka-monitor po ang aming technical team at patuloy naming ina-adjust ang aming routes para mabawasan hangga't maaari ang epekto nito sa inyong connection.

Fiber repair is still ongoing. Our technical team continues to work on the damaged fiber line caused by a utility pole fire and is working to restore services as soon as possible.
