sending your files or confirming an order
means you agree to the policies below.

01 — ORDERING
• no ID photo yet?
you may visit our home and we’ll take your photo for you.
• send your files through Messenger or email before visiting for faster processing.
• preferred file formats
─ documents • PDF
─ photos • original quality
• low-quality files may result in blurry or pixelated prints. print quality depends on the file provided by the client.

02 — PROOFREADING
please review all information before giving your approval.
this applies to
• resumes
• nametags
• subject labels
• product stickers
• other customized prints
once approved and printed, reprints due to client errors will be charged accordingly.

03 — LAYOUT SERVICES
for custom layouts, please provide complete, accurate, and final details.
included
• up to two (2)
minor revisions
examples
• spelling corrections
• small font changes
• simple color adjustments
major redesign requests after approval may require an additional layout fee.

04 — PRODUCTION
orders are completed based on our current queue.
once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation message for pickup.
please allow additional time for customized orders such as
• product stickers
• nametags
• resumes
• paper tarps
rush orders may not always be accommodated.

05 — PAYMENT

• GCash
bulk or customized orders may require
• 50% downpayment
or
• full payment
before production begins.

06 — PICKUP
please claim your order within seven (7) days after receiving our notification.
orders left unclaimed for more than one (1) month may be disposed of.
any deposits or payments made will be non-refundable.
