Bilingual Logistics Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Job Summary:
MyTrio.com is hiring a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator for our client in Laredo TX. We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with excellent customer service experience. The Logistics Coordinator will be the main point of contact between The Company’s drivers and freight customers. This position is full time, night hours with on the job training and competitive wage compensation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Inbound/Outbound phone calls providing driver status
• Track and verify truck location prior to pick up and delivery
• Communicate with Senior Staff regarding delays, issues, and updates
• Verify trailer, product, case count information on active loads
• Safety Support to include reporting of ELD hours from Driver
• Load Documentation retrieval and support
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Effective communication in English and Spanish including speaking and writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional client relations and presentable attitude
• Ability to learn and use computer and transportation systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with excellent customer service experience and a level head to deal with stressful situations. The Dispatch Load Coordinator will be the main point of contact between The Company’s drivers and freight customers. This position is full time, night hours with on the job training and competitive wage compensation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
• Inbound/Outbound phone calls providing driver status
• Track and verify truck location prior to pick up and delivery
