Nepomuceno Sons, Inc. together with its sister company, TGN Realty Corporation, is the owner and developer of Nepo Center in Angeles City. Also known as the Nepomuceno Realty Group, the company started operations in the mid-1960’s with the development of Villa Teresa, the premiere subdivision in Angeles City, and Nepo Mart, its flagship enterprise. Until 1984, revenues were limited to rental incom
e earned from a few buildings. However, in 1985, the company started to venture into real estate development. Its first project was a 60-hectare land located in San Fernando and Bacolor, Pampanga, 45 hectares of which was allocated to subdivision lots now known as the Holy Angel Village. In December 2005, the company developed the last 15 hectares into the subdivision known as Villaggio Real. To date, both subdivisions are complete, with 92% of lots sold as of 2011. JDN Sons, Inc. owns 30,000 square meters of commercial lots within Nepo Center (ABC Building, Rizal Arcade, The Quad, Quad Jr, ENTEC 1 and 2) and stalls in the Old AEC compound along Sto. Rosario’s Heritage District. These lots are being leased to banks, government offices, insurance companies, restaurants, and other businesses. A 2,100 square meter lot located at Bo.Ugong, Pasig City is also being leased out to a car dealership. Having been able to establish a stable source of income from its business activities, JDN Sons, Inc. decided to establish Nepo Mall Angeles in 2002. The mall was constructed on a 16,795 square meter lot and started operations in December 2002. Since 2010, JDN Sons, Inc has invested in the development of the rest of Nepo Center, with the construction of the ENTEC 1 building, The Quad foodstrip, The Quad Jr, the complete renovation of Nepo Mart, and currently, the construction of ENTEC 2. Included in the plans for future developments are a 3-4 star boutique hotel/serviced apartment facility, as well as several condominium towers, and another BPO building. MISSION AND VISION
Our company strives to live up to the legacy of values passed on to us by our founders, Juan D. Nepomuceno and Teresa G. Nepomuceno, by pursuing and developing business opportunities that bear fruit for all our stakeholders, and improve the quality of life of people in the community. We aim to promote local entrepreneurs and create jobs for the community and environs. We strive for excellence and uphold integrity and fairness in dealing with our business partners, tenants, employees, and customers, which leads to mutually satisfying long-term relationships. NEPO CENTER
NEPO CENTER is the community, pedestrian and environment-friendly business center in the heart of Angeles City. We are strategically situated at the convergence point of the city’s prime commercial, business, educational, religious, historical, cultural, and residential districts, all within a one-kilometer radius. We cater to people who are in Metro Angeles for business, education, or work, who are looking for a convenient shopping and dining experience in a feel-at-home atmosphere. Our different developments include:
NEPO MART, established in 1968, is the flagship enterprise at Nepo Center. It is the original retailer of the much-coveted imported or “stateside” goods. Almost 50 years after it first opened, the newly-renovated Nepo Mart 1 gets a modern industrial look but still houses the same shops Angelenos keep coming back to time after time. The new Mezzanine on the second level offers budget-conscious patrons the experience of dining in a “hawker center” styled after the popular street food stalls in Singapore and Bangkok. NEPO MALL is Angeles City’s community mall, with its excellent location, accessibility to public transport, and the variety of retailers it offers. Loyal customers from the surrounding communities visit two to three times a week for grocery-shopping or to shop for bargains at the 100+ micro-retail boutiques of Nepo Lane, or the 40+ techno-oriented micro-shops of Nepo Alley, all of which are owned and operated by local entrepreneurs. The popular fast food chains on the Ground Floor and many locally-owned food carts and kiosks at the Fiesta Court offer value-oriented customers plenty of dining options. THE ENTEC 1, constructed in 2011, is a nine-storey building registered and certified by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), with a total leasable space of about 7,700 square meters. The first floor has been leased out to commercial establishments, while the 2nd to the 8th floors are occupied by Business Process Outsourcing companies, employing close to two thousand employees. Aside from a function room and meeting room on the 9th floor, ENTEC 1 has a CAA certified helipad for convenient and safe helicopter landing and takeoff. THE QUAD AT NEPO CENTER, which started operating in early 2013, boasts the largest convergence of the premiere home-grown restaurants of Angeles City, giving diners the best variety of both local and international cuisines to choose from. The Quad is the place for people to meet and connect, in a festive, casual, safe and friendly atmosphere, with the convenience of plenty of parking. THE QUAD JR, since opening in early 2014, is the go-to place for students and professionals to unwind after a long day at school or work. The relaxed, al fresco venue is conducive to hanging out with friends and colleagues to enjoy a cold bottle of beer and delicious “pulutan” such as Angeles City’s trademark dish sisig. THE ENTEC 2 BUILDING, currently being constructed, has a footprint of 4,600 sqm per floor and just like ENTEC 1, will be PEZA certified. This will be our first foray into a mixed-use development. Of the 14 floors, 3.5 will be dedicated to retail shops and various services, 4.5 for parking, and six floors will be dedicated to the expanding BPO industry in Angeles City. Target date for completion of this project is the first quarter of 2016. THE PARK AT NEPO CENTER is a large open-air venue used for various events and activities, such as the Holy Rosary Parish Salubong celebration, and Girls and Boy Scout Jamborees. In December 2013, it hosted the Giant Lanterns of the City of San Fernando for the very first time, while last December 2014, the first ever Angeles Music Festival was held at The Park. It has a 556-meter long jogging path.
