🔍 As a TELEMARKETER, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and messages to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to avail our products. Likewise, answering inbound calls and messages to address customer concerns. We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven TELEMARKETERS to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven telemarketers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls and messages to potential clients, introducing our
products/services, and persuading them to avail our products. Likewise, answering inbound calls and messages to address customer concerns. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
· Managing of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Introduce and explain our products, services, and promotions to potential clients.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
· Following “scripts” when handling different topics.
· Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
· Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
· Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
· At least 1-year BPO experience is a plus.
· Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
· Passionate with the job and goal oriented.
· Assertive and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Target Oriented.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
· Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
· Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
· Multilingual skills can be advantage, especially in serving a divers client base.

· 6-day shift schedule
· Office based job.
