We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and help support our growing range of brands across ecommerce, digital marketing and creative content.

🛍️ What We’re Looking For

You’ll be working across:

• Shopify – adding and editing products, collections and pages.
• Graphic Design – creating marketing materials using Canva, Figma or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Meta Ads Manager – understanding campaigns, ad sets and ads, with the ability to build campaigns when shown how.
• Digital Marketing – supporting ecommerce and marketing activities across multiple brands.
• AI Tools – confidently using AI tools and being keen to explore new ways to improve workflows and productivity.

⭐ Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised and able to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• Highly detail-oriented, especially when working with product specifications, pricing and numbers.
• Comfortable switching between different brands while maintaining the correct tone, logos and brand guidelines.
• Confident with written English.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines without constant follow-up.

Helpful but not essential:

• Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
• Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms

Key Responsibilities
