Sales & Customer Support Administrator
We are looking for an additional team member to support our internal sales and administration team. This role will primarily focus on customer support and order administration to help ensure enquiries and orders are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
✅Customer enquiries: Respond to enquiries relating to order tracking, stock availability, and stock ETA using internal systems.
✅Quoting: Prepare and issue customer quotations based on requests from customers or the internal sales team.
✅Returns processing: Process customer returns and coordinate return freight bookings with our freight provider.
✅Order support: Assist with order processing and entry when required.
✅Backorder management: Monitor and manage customer backorders.
✅Administrative support: Provide general administrative assistance to the sales and customer service team.
Candidate Requirements
📍Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
📍Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
📍High attention to detail when handling orders, quotes, and system entries.
📍Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to customer enquiries efficiently.
📍Comfortable using ERP or order management systems and standard office software.
📍Reliable, organised, and able to follow processes while escalating issues when required.
Experience with order processing, logistics enquiries, or backorder management would be advantageous.
