Do not rely on your LPG safety devices.

The commonly named LPG regulator safety device, anti-leak device, breaker, or controller, does NOT activate in the presence of pin hole, small cracks, or slow leak, on your LPG hose and connections.

As we always say, check your hose clamps connection, replace your hose if necessary, conduct soapy water testing, and TURN OFF your LPG regulator or cylinder valve when not in use. - LPG Technicians of the Philippines
