Helix Resources and Development Corporation (HRDC)-Lugait conducted a Deputization Training attended by fifteen (15) personnel from HRDC and its contractors who are seeking to become Registered Deputy Environment and Natural Resources Officers (DENROs).

The two-day activity provided participants with a deeper understanding of the important role that deputized DENROs play in protecting the environment and upholding environmental laws. Resource speakers from various DENR bureaus shared their expertise on key environmental laws, policies, and regulations that are essential in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of a deputized DENRO.

More than a training, the activity served as a reminder that environmental protection requires informed, committed, and responsible individuals working together toward a common goal.

Through continuous learning and capacity-building initiatives, HRDC-Lugait remains committed to fostering environmental stewardship and supporting efforts that contribute to the sustainable management of natural resources.

Every lesson learned is a step toward creating stronger advocates for environmental protection and responsible resource management. ๐Ÿ’š

Building a brighter future starts with empowering our youngest community members! Last 26 July 2026, HMDC Davao Site officially turned over the newly renovated and improved K-4 Learning Center in Purok 3-B, Brgy. Tibungco.

Under the project "Safe and Smart Spaces: Day Care Center Renovation," this initiative aimed to transform the center into a safe, vibrant, and highly conducive space for early childhood development. To mark this special milestone, the turn-over was accompanied by a formal blessing of the facility, witnessed and warmly celebrated by the residents and community members of Purok 3-B.

This project was made possible through HMDCโ€™s Social Development and Management Program (SDMP) for 2026, and in partnership and collaboration with the Barangay Tibungco, reflecting our continuous commitment to fostering education and community growth right at the roots.
