Based on the latest DOST-PAGASA 72-hour rainfall forecast, residents in listed areas and those nearby or downstream are urged to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions. Forecasts use GSM (50 mm and 100mm) and WRF (50mm and 150mm) rainfall thresholds. These thresholds may vary depending on ground conditions.

Batay sa pinakabagong 72-oras na rainfall forecast ng DOST-PAGASA, ang mga residente sa nakalista na mga lugar at sa malapit o sa ibaba nito ay hinihikayat na manatiling alerto at handa. Ang mga forecast ay gumagamit ng GSM (50 mm at 100mm) at WRF (50mm at 150mm) na rainfall thresholds. Ang mga thresholds ay maaaring i-adjust batay sa ground conditions.

Noong Hulyo 7, 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa ng 𝖧𝖺𝗋𝖽𝗋𝗈𝖼𝗄 𝖠𝗀𝗀𝗋𝖾𝗀𝖺𝗍𝖾𝗌, 𝖨𝗇𝖼. ang Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaign na may temang "𝙺𝚊𝚊𝚐𝚊𝚙𝚊𝚢 𝚜𝚊 𝚁𝚎𝚜𝚙𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚐 𝙿𝚊𝚐𝚖𝚒𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚊," na dinaluhan ng mga miyembro ng komunidad, mga opisyal ng barangay, at iba pang mga stakeholder.

Layunin ng programa na palawakin ang kaalaman ng komunidad tungkol sa kahalagahan ng responsableng pagmimina, pangangalaga sa kalikasan, kaligtasan, pakikilahok ng komunidad, at ang mga programang pangkaunlaran na isinasagawa ng kumpanya. Sa pamamagitan ng pagbabahagi ng tamang impormasyon at bukas na talakayan, mas napagtibay ang pagkakaunawa na ang responsableng pagmimina ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagkuha ng likas na yaman, kundi pati na rin sa pangangalaga sa kapaligiran, pagpapaunlad ng kabuhayan, at pagtataguyod ng kapakanan ng komunidad.

Taos-puso kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng dumalo, sa mga opisyal ng barangay, at sa bawat isa na nakiisa at naglaan ng oras upang maging bahagi ng matagumpay na gawaing ito. Ang inyong suporta at aktibong pakikilahok ang nagbibigay-lakas upang patuloy nating maisulong ang responsableng pagmimina at ang sama-samang pag-unlad ng ating komunidad.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang responsableng pagmimina para sa mas ligtas, mas maunlad, at mas napapanatiling kinabukasan.

✅ Report any signs of soil movement, water rising fast, or muddy water.
✅ Inform your respective barangay officials if you notice cracks in your walls, tilting of floors and posts in sloping areas.

On 09 September 2025, the Safety Department successfully carried out its quarterly Healthy Lifestyle Activity through the Wellness Walk 2025: Hakbang Para sa Kalusugan, Lakbay para sa Samahan, under the Annual Safety and Health Program (ASHP).

This initiative served as a platform to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and strong camaraderie among employees and contractors. The walk encouraged participants to take proactive steps toward healthier lifestyles while also reinforcing the value of teamwork and unity in achieving organizational goals.

The event was actively joined by both employees and contractors, symbolizing inclusivity and collective effort. Along the walk route, a first aid station and roving nurse were made available to ensure safety and immediate medical response, emphasizing the Department’s commitment to a safe and secure activity.

Through this activity, the Safety Department reaffirms its mission of promoting wellness, unity, and camaraderie, proving that health and safety go hand in hand in creating a more resilient and sustainable workplace.
