โข Oversee daily kitchen & commissary operations
โข Ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and on-time production
โข Monitor inventory, wastage, and overall output
โข Lead and manage the production team
โข Hands-on sa production floor โ hindi lang utos, kundi gawa

โข Handle recruitment (especially blue-collar roles)
โข Manage attendance, records, and documentation

โข Assist in payroll tracking and basic finance tasks
โข Help maintain order and structure in the team

QUALIFICATIONS:
โข EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!(Atleast 1-2 Years Experience)
โข Masipag, maaasahan, at may sense of responsibility
โข Kayang magtrabaho sa fast-paced environment
โข Marunong sumunod sa sistema at marunong din mag-improve nito
โข Hindi takot sa pressure at accountability
โข Team player pero kayang tumayo bilang leader kapag kailangan
