While Metro Manila remains under community quarantine and continues to implement strict social and health measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, investment companies, registered issuers of proprietary and non-proprietary shares/ timeshares, public companies, corporate governance institutional training provides and publicly listed companies under the supervision of the SEC Corporate Governance and Finance Department (CGFD) are advised to file or submit their reports, applications, requests, compliance and other documents through:

1) courier services only;
2) email only; or
3) courier services and email.

Announcements: We have GOOD NEWS for those who applied for the renewal of their licenses through the online portal.

1. Status of your license and your ability to print your own license - PCAB have finished processing your renewal applications. By this time, you would have received an email notification about the status of your application, if you have not yet received one, please be patient since we are in the process of sending all emails. Good news is, you will have ability to download and print your own license, assuming you have passed the evaluation and have made your payments properly.

2. Refrain from going to the office of PCAB - We highly discourage you from going to the PCAB office due to inconveniences and health risks posed by COVID-19 and its related protocols. Moreover, PCAB’s office will be full of contractors who applied for the renewal of their licenses prior to the development of the online renewal portal. We highly encourage you to download your digital license and conveniently print your license at your office or at the comforts of your home.

3. Please check your email and the web account you used for pcabgovph.com for more updates and announcements. Similarly, you may also contact us through email or hotline numbers for other inquiries not related to the status of your application.
