Good day!

We sincerely apologize for the internet service interruption that affected the Sampaloc area starting Saturday at around 3:00 AM.

The interruption was caused by a truck accident that damaged a utility pole and our network lines. Because of the damage, our Network Team had to wait for the area to be cleared and made safe before starting the repair work.

We are happy to inform you that the internet connection was successfully restored on Sunday at around 7:30 PM.

📢 NETWORK ADVISORY – SAMPALOC AREA TODAY | 11:50AM

Dear Valued Customers,

We have identified the cause of the ongoing network downtime affecting the entire Sampaloc area.

Based on our initial assessment, nagkaroon po ng accident involving a truck and a utility pole, which resulted in damage to the poles and network lines, causing the loss of connection in the area.

At this time, Meralco is currently working on the repair and restoration of the affected poles and lines. Our Network Team will immediately begin the necessary fiber/network repairs once Meralco has completed their work and the area is safe for our team to proceed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand how important your internet connection is, and we are closely coordinating with the concerned team to restore the service as soon as possible.

We will provide another update once our repair operations can begin.

Dear Valued Customers,

Na-identify na sa po ng aming Network Team ang root cause ng service interruption sa Tanay sampaloc rizal. Nagkaroon po ng equipment malfunction na nangangailangan ng replacement upang maibalik ang stable na koneksyon.

Base sa assessment ng aming technical team, ang repair at replacement ay maaaring tumagal ng humigit-kumulang 24 to 48 hours.

Rest assured na automatic pong magkakaroon ng service rebate ang lahat ng affected customers. Ang rebate computation ay magsisimula sa August 3, 2026, 1:00 PM, hanggang sa maibalik ang normal na serbisyo.

Our network facilities may be affected by the ongoing power supply shortage from Luzon power plants. Restoration of internet services will automatically resume once commercial power becomes stable in your area.

We highly encourage everyone to:
• Charge devices and backup power banks early
• Keep modems/router unplugged during unstable power
