We are currently experiencing a service issue as two (2) of our uplinks are down due to a fiber cut at Purok 5, Sapinit. This occurred in relation to ongoing pole maintenance activities in the area.

At present, there is an uplink still under renovation on the provider’s end due to the retirement of utility poles and the relocation of transmission wires. This ongoing activity may result in temporary instability, packet loss, and intermittent service interruptions.

Please note that this situation is beyond our direct network control. Our technical team continues to closely coordinate with the service provider and actively monitor the affected links to ensure service stability once the renovation is fully completed.

The problem involves instability on the provider’s backbone link, resulting in packet loss, increased latency, and temporary service drops that affect downstream connections. This issue is outside of our direct network control.

Our technical team is actively coordinating with the provider, performing continuous link monitoring, and implementing temporary mitigation measures while awaiting full resolution.
