The Impact of This Role:
As a Data Annotator, your work helps improve AI and machine learning systems by making sure the data used for training and evaluation is accurate and reliable.
Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions help create high-quality data, which supports better research, stronger AI model performance, and more reliable products.
By doing this role well, you contribute to meaningful projects that help build and improve AI technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and label data
- Review text, images, audio, video, or other data assigned to you.
- Label or categorize the data based on clear project guidelines.
- Apply the same rules consistently across all assigned tasks.
- Ensure quality and accuracy
- Check your work for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Make corrections or improvements based on feedback from the QA team or supervisors.
- Report unclear data, unusual cases, or instructions that need clarification.
- Follow confidentiality and data security guidelines at all times.
- Meet productivity expectations
- Complete assigned tasks within the expected daily or hourly targets.
- Manage your time effectively to maintain both speed and accuracy.
- Work independently while following team standards and project requirements.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, QA reviewers, and project leads.
- Ask questions when instructions or guidelines are unclear.
- Participate in team updates, calibration sessions, and guideline reviews as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Ability to identify data errors or inconsistencies and apply guidelines consistently.
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback to improve work quality.
- Reliable and self-disciplined, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize assigned tasks.
- Clear written communication skills; verbal communication may be required for some roles.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and strong reading comprehension.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Experience in data annotation or quality assurance (QA) is an advantage, but not required.
Rate:
- Php 295 per hour
Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Comfortable with working night shifts
- Laptop or Desktop computer (at least i5 processor or equivalent)
- Stable internet connection (at least 100 MBPS)
