Binangkal Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter (or margarine)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 piece egg
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add the all purpose flour, powdered milk and baking powder. Combine and mix well.

2. In another bowl, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter and egg. Mix until well combined.

3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Mix until well combined. Knead for a few minutes until smooth and sticky.

4. Grab a small portion of the mixture and then roll into a ball. Then, coat them with sesame seeds.

5. When fully covered by sesame seeds, roll them again in your palm to make sure that the seeds will not fall.

Do these steps with the rest of the ingredients.

Heat a lot of oil in a pan.
Deep fry the binangkal balls until golden brown.
Transfer them to a strainer or paper towel to drain excess oil.
Transfer the binangkal to a serving plate.
Enjoy this with your favorite afternoon tea or coffee. Yummy

Milk doughnut recipe
2cups flour
2tsp yeast
Pitch of salt
Tbsp sugar
1/4cup butter
1/4cup milk
1/4 warm water
2 eggs

Method
*mix the yeast and sugar in warm water
*sieve the flour and add salt
*add eggs and mix
*add butter and rub until mixture looks like bread crubs
*add in yeast mixture and fold in
*add milk and fold in
*transfer the dough on the surface and continue to nid until soft
*make the round balls and put on the nonstickable paper
Wait for 40minutes for them to rise to its double side
*preheat the oil and fry until golden brown

PORK PATA HUMBA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork pata (sliced)
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium size onion
1 can (250 ml) pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 bunch banana blossoms
2 tablespoons black beans
3 pieces dried bay leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
Sugar to taste
Water as needed
Oil (for searing)

PROCEDURE:
1. Magpainit ng mantika sa kawali. Ilagay ang mga pata at iprito ng konti hanggang maging light brown. Baliktarin ang mga ito para maluto ang kabilang side. Kapag brown na, set aside muna.

2. Then, saka igisa ang mga sibuyas at bawang hanggang maging light brown. Ibalik ang mga pinritong pata at igisa ang mga ito ng 1 minuto.

3. Sunod na ilagay ang pineapple juice, s**a, toyo, paminta, at dried bay leaf. Wag muna haluin ng ilang minuto. Hintayin muna makasingaw ang s**a. Then saka lagyan ng tubig. Takpan at Lutuin ito ng 40 – 50 minutes o hanggang lumambot ang baboy.

4. Kapag malambot ang pata, ilagay na ang tausi at banana blossom. Lutuin pa ng ilang minuto hanggang sa lumapot ang sauce at maluto pa ang mga sinahog na sangkap.

FISHBALLS RECIPE 😋
Ingredients
1 big fish (galunggong, tulingan, tuna, cream dory, etc.)
2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon instant yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
6 cloves garlic (minced
1 medium onion (minced)
1 small carrot (grated)
1/4 cup spring onions
1/2 cup water (or more, adjust as needed)
(pwede kayo maglagay ng seasoning na gusto niyo)

PROCEDURE:
1. Timplahan ng kaunting asin at paminta ang isda. Steam or boil for 10 minutes hanggang sa maluto ang laman ng isda. Pag okay na ang isda, himayin at alisin ang mga tinik.

2. Sa isang bowl, pagsamahin ang hinimay na isda, all purpose flour, cornstarch, sugar, carrot, spring onons, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Haluin para mamix, saka ilagay ang baking powder at yeast. Lagyan ng tubig ng paunti-unti habang hinahalo para di masyado maging malabnaw. Haluin at maglagay pa ng tubig kung kailangan, ang hinahanap na consistency ay malagkit na dumidikit sa sandok.

3. Pag okay na ang consistency ng mixture, takpan at let it rest for 30 minutes.

4. After 30 minutes, magscoop ng mixture at i-form into a ball.(gumamit ako ng dalawang kutsara na may mantika para di madikit). Saka ito ihulog directa sa mainit na mantika. Iprito hanggang lumutang at maging golden brown (medium low heat ang gamit na apoy.

BIBINGKA

Ingredients:

3 Cups rice flour
1 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Cup brown sugar
3 Eggs
3 Cups coconut milk
1 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar. Whisk together and set aside.
Put eggs in a separate bowl, add vanilla extract and coconut milk, beat with a whisk.
Pour the flour mixture over the coconut milk mixture. Fold with a whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
Pour batter into the banana leaf lined baking mould or pan.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Cooking Tips
Insert toothpick in the center and make sure it comes out dry.
For better result, try using fresh coconut milk instead of the canned coconut milk.
For a light crusty top, Turn on the broiler during the last few minutes of baking.
Do not overbeat the batter.

❣️Puto Cheese ala Goldilocks Recipe +Tipps ❣️
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 eggwhites
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp oil
Cheese for the toppings

Ctto:
❣️Tipp on how to make perfect p**o ❣️
👉Kapag may butter na ang p**o batter huwag na magpahid ng oil/butter sa molder.
👉Low fire kapag gusto flat. .. Medium fire kapag gusto umbok... High fire kapag gusto p**ok.
👉Bakit hindi makinis o bakit may buo buo? - malamang hindi mo sinala bago mo hinalo.
👉Bakit hindi umalsa. - malamang expired o singaw na baking powder mo.
👉Bakit parang matubig? Malamang sobra ka sa liquid o kaya nakalimutan mo maglagay ng tela sa takip.
👉Huwag excited, irest muna atleast 20 minutes ang p**o batter bago isalang.
👉Siguraduhing kumukulo ang tubig bago mag salang.
👉Bakit parang butas butas kapag naluto na. Malamang nasobrahan sa halo yan kaya nagkaroon ng bubbles ang batter then nung maluto butas butas na. Pwede din sa harinang ginamit.
👉Bakit mapait?malamang nasobrahan sa baking powder
👉Kada 1 cup APF,
1 tbsp(Kutsara)(Tablespoon) ng Baking Powder.
👉Igrease mo na ng oil yung molder kong wala tayong nilagay na oil sa p**o mixture
👉grease lang besh!!! Wag mong dadamihan kasi tatabingi yang p**o mo! punasan mo lang sa ng oil, hindi lagyan
👉Hatiin mo na yung cheese, depende sa trip mo, pahaba, square, heart o star ganon!
👉Maglagay ka na sa molder, syempre kumukulo na yung tubig for sure
👉Steam mo ng 10 minutes yung p**o
👉after 10minutes ilagay mo na yung cheese!
👉then steam uli for 2-3 minutes
👉sundin mo yung time besh kung gusto mong perfect
👉then let it cool for 3 to 5 minutes bago mo tanggalin sa molder.
👉para walang palpak
Dapat d ung kulo lang ung water nyo dapat ung mainit na mainit po para d po sya madamage..
👉 khit kinabukasan pa ihanda ang p**o hindi agd napapanis basta wag agd tatakpan ng mainit pa.

🍞🍞MAJA BLANCA 😊💕

2 cups gata ng niyog
1 can evap milk (divide into 2)
1 can condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup cornstarch
1 can corn kernels (whole)
1 can cream of corn (optional)

Add cheese for toppings (optional)

STEPS
1. Pakuluin ang gata
2. Ilagay ang 1/2 can evap, condensed milk, corn kernels, at cream of corn. Pakuluin ulit. Magdagdag ng as**al depende sa tamis na gusto.
3. Tunawin ang cornstarch sa natirang 1/2 can evap milk.
4. Ilagay (dahan dahan) ang natunaw na cornstarch sa pinakuluang mixture habang tuloy tuloy na hinahalo. Mga 3 to 5 mins na paghalo hanggang sa maging thick ang mixture.
5. Ilagay sa container or kahit anong lagayan.
6. Maghintay ng 1 hour para tumigas or maging buo na yung Maja para madaling hiwain.
7. Lagyan ng grated cheese sa ibabaw (optional). Ilagay pag malamig na yung maja para di agad malusaw.
