-We customize house designs and floor plan depending on your lot size and budget.
-Our services include planning, preparation of complete plans, processing of building permits and other necessary requirements prior to house construction. We do the legworks, while all receipted fees are shouldered by the client. Also, we process bank loans for your construction needs if you prefer to finance through loans.
Our Rates:
Standard – P15,000-P17,000 per sqm
Premium – P18,000-P19,000 per sqm
Elegant – P20,000-P22,000 per sqm
– prices are based on the total gross floor area
