The Aurora Central School successfully conducted its SELG Elections on February 12, 2026, highlighting the significance of student participation and leadership within the school community. Pupils from Grades 2 to 5 actively took part in this meaningful event, demonstrating responsibility, fairness, and respect for the electoral process. The activity provided learners with a valuable opportunity to experience democracy at an early age.

As incoming Grades 3 to 6 pupils next school year, they confidently cast their votes with enthusiasm and integrity. Each learner carefully followed the proper voting procedures, showing discipline and cooperation throughout the conduct of the elections. Their active involvement reflected their readiness to take on greater roles and responsibilities in the school community.

The SELG Elections 2026 was more than just a school activityโ€”it was a celebration of young voices and emerging leaders of Aurora Central School. The SELG Elections at Aurora Central School kick off with the Presentation of Candidates, where aspiring young leaders introduce themselves and share their goals and platforms.

Next is the Meeting de Avance, where candidates formally present their visions and inspire the pupils.

This is followed by the Room-to-Room Campaign, giving candidates the chance to personally engage with students, visit classrooms, and further discuss their plans.

The SELG Elections for SY 2026-2027 will be on February 12, 2026.

PURPOSE IN PRACTICE
Aurora Central School warmly welcomed Maโ€™am Leni Estudillo, Education Program Supervisor in Araling Panlipunan, during her official visit to monitor the implementation of the Aral Program of ACS, as well as to assess the overall school operations, today January 15, 2026. The visit highlighted the schoolโ€™s continuous efforts to strengthen academic programs and ensure quality education for all learners.
The monitoring activity was conducted in collaboration with Maโ€™am Bengielyn R. Gaya, Schools District Supervisor, and sir R. Natividad, Principal II of Aurora Central School.
This meaningful visit reinforced the shared commitment of school leaders and supervisors to support teachers, enhance learning outcomes, and promote continuous improvement within Aurora Central School.
