Our client is looking for a FIELD OFFICER.
Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating and implementing various programs and projects in the field. They work closely with local communities, partners, and stakeholders to assess needs, provide support, and monitor progress. Here are some common duties and responsibilities:
1. Program Implementation: Coordinate and oversee the ex*****on of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to established objectives, timelines, and budgets.
2. Community Engagement: Build relationships with local communities, beneficiaries, and partners to understand their needs, gain their trust, and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
3. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify community needs, challenges, and opportunities for intervention.
4. Resource Mobilization: Identify and pursue funding opportunities through grant writing, donor cultivation, and partnership development to support program activities.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress, collect data, and measure program impact.
6. Training and Capacity Building: Design and deliver training programs and workshops to build local capacity and enhance community participation in project implementation.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program activities, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Advocacy and Networking: Represent the organization in relevant forums, conferences, and meetings to advocate for policy changes and build strategic alliances.
Qualifications:
1. At least high school graduate
2. Has interpersonal skills
3. Knowledgeable with MS Office
4. Must have at least 1 year of volunteer experience in the field.
5. Preferably able to communicate in ilonggo, bisaya, tagalog and english.
