We have successfully wrapped up our 5-day Capacity Building Activity on Project to Pitch: Developing Bankable Investment Opportunities — Module 3 (Financial Modeling, Project Viability, and Digital Marketing)!

Throughout this intensive workshop, participating LGU teams engaged in hands-on lectures, collaborative workshops, and daily output presentations designed to turn strategic project concepts into viable, fundable investments.

On our final day, each team delivered compelling, investment-ready project profile presentations, seamlessly integrating key takeaways from Modules 1 through 3.

A heartfelt thank you to the team of LGU Sipalay, San Carlos, and Cadiz-who have been with us since the previous modules-for their dedication and enthusiasm.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our esteemed resource speakers from Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, Dr. Ann Charyl Gallo, and Dr. Eleanor Lecaniel, for generously sharing their knowledge, expertise, and guidance throughout the program.

We are truly inspired by the hard work and passion demonstrated by every team. We look forward to seeing everyone again for the upcoming module and hope to continue this wonderful partnership as we create meaningful economic growth, attract strategic investments, and build sustainable communities!

Continuing our journey toward creating bankable local projects, we successfully completed the half-day virtual training for "Project to Pitch: Developing Bankable Investment Opportunities" – Module 2: Market and Industry Analysis, conducted last July 23, 2026.

Our dedicated LGU teams from Cadiz, Sipalay, and San Carlos gathered once again for this second step in our 5-module capacity-building series.

A huge thank you to our expert resource speakers from BOI–Visayas, Ms. July Anne Guibone and Ms. Marie Grace Homecillo, who provided actionable insights and tools on market viability, industry positioning, and strategic alignment. Their expertise equipped our local teams with the analytical tools needed to ensure their project proposals meet investor standards.

As our LGU teams progress through the remaining modules, we look forward to seeing these project concepts evolve into sustainable, investment-ready opportunities for local economic growth!

Today marked the successful conduct of the half-day virtual training of "Project to Pitch: Developing Bankable Investment Opportunities" – Module 1: Project Identification and Problem Definition. This is the first of five modules designed to equip local government teams with the knowledge and skills needed to develop bankable and investment-ready projects.

The first batch brought together teams from the LGUs of Cadiz, Sipalay, and San Carlos to officially begin this year's capacity-building program aimed at strengthening the development of investment-ready projects. Each LGU team is composed of key personnel from various offices, including Tourism, Engineering, City Planning and Development, and the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (LEDIPO).

The session was led by Ms. Floreza Alpuerto, Chief Investment Specialist of BOI–Visayas, who shared valuable insights and equipped the participants with highly practical frameworks and tools that they can immediately apply to their own projects, making the session both relevant and action-oriented.

As the first step in this five-module capacity-building program, today's session laid a strong foundation for transforming local development ideas into bankable investment opportunities. We look forward to the succeeding modules as these LGU teams continue to refine and strengthen their projects toward attracting investments that will contribute to sustainable local economic growth.
