Today, the Provincial Economic Development and Investment Center (PEDIC) was delighted to welcome Ms. Shiela Macatulad and Ms. Danee Macatulad, Founding Directors of the Negros Occidental Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc. (NEGOCCII), along with their team.
