Labor Advisory No. 17, Series of 2022, provides guidelines for private sector employers and workers on suspending work and appropriate paying of wages during weather disturbances and other similar events. This Advisory ensures employee safety and well-being during such occurrences.
Issued in 2022, the Advisory remains in effect until further notice. Please be guided.

Effective 𝟭𝟵 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the minimum wage rates in 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀 will be ₱𝟯𝟳 𝘁𝗼 ₱𝟰𝟬, per Wage Order No. RBVI-29.
Likewise, RBVI-DW-07 increases the monthly minimum wage of kasambahays (domestic workers) for the region to 𝗣𝟲,𝟱𝟬𝟬.
