nt. A personal search was made with the guiding questions, how does the government help this sector? How does the school prepare the people to be an employee or an employer? How does the church participate in employee and employer relationship, and the employee and employer working ethics? The answer was, they are doing their job in accordance to the Law of Labor Code, they teach in accordance to the curriculum of the school and the church guide only when people seek for it. I then seek exposure to the mediation section of DOLE, where peace and conciliation is the most priority. Understanding and commitment is being implemented. But this is already the result of misunderstanding and sometimes mismanagement. A series of visit to different private company was then done to seek enlightenment with a guiding question, what can you do to avoid Labor problem and what do you seek to your employee? A multiple of ideas then comes up where a conclusion was then made that is why Labor problem is a problem. A consultative inquiry with different sector of worker was then done in the area of Visayas with a guiding question, What you can do to avoid Labor complain and what do you seek on employment? A common or majority answer was, they comply to Labor Law and we seek regular employment and earnings. A great realization was then made into a concrete idea. Someone should be a curator. Yes this is an advocacy maybe of a person who care for the welfare not just of the worker but also of the Management. The Question is not who am I but rather ask yourself what have you done to your worker and to their family? And what have they done to your business and to your client? I am somebody that make a steps for change.
