For the past years, we have been committed to providing you with clean, safe, and affordable water for your daily needs. Maraming salamat po sa inyong patuloy na tiwala at suporta sa amin.

However, as we all know, there has been a continuous increase in the cost of basic necessities - water, electricity, and fuel. These changes also affect our daily operations, along with other essential expenses such as staff salaries, container seals, cleaning supplies, rent, and more.

We have held our prices steady for many years, and this small adjustment will help us continue our service without compromising what matters most.

Rest assured, our quality, service, and care for our customers will remain the same… kung hindi man, mas gaganda pa. 💧

We humbly ask for your understanding and continued support as we navigate these changes together. Your trust means everything to us, and we are committed to serving you better every day.

Good day po!

Dahil po sa patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng gasolina at kuryente na direktang nakakaapekto na rin po sa aming operasyon, nais po naming ipaalam na magkakaroon po ng maliit na price increase sa alkaline water refill. Magdadagdag po tayo ng ₱5 kada container, simula April 13 (Monday).

Rest assured po na patuloy naming ibibigay ang malinis, safe, at de-kalidad na tubig na inyong inaasahan. Maraming salamat po sa inyong patuloy na pagtangkilik at pag-unawa.

Kung may katanungan po kayo, message lang po kayo anytime. Salamat po!

Happy Easter Sunday!

🌞Medyo may delay lang po ng konti ang pick-up at delivery namin dahil sa tindi ng init ng panahon🔥

Mas madalas po silang mag-ikot ng mas maaga (as early as 7:30AM per area 🛺). If possible po, pakilabas na lang po ang inyong mga gallon ng mas maaga para po makasama na agad sa mas maagang pick-up.

Pinipilit ng aming team na hindi sila matunaw at matuyo na parang daing habang nasa labas😅😰. Priority din po namin ang kanilang kalusugan.

Salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa 🙏🏼. Dadating din po ang inyong tubig bago magmelt ang team na parang ice cream sa ilalim ng araw! 🚚🫠

As we observe the solemnity of Holy Week, we want to share our schedule with you to ensure your water needs are met during this sacred time.

Here's our operating hours for the upcoming week:

14-17 April 2025 (Mon to Thurs):
Regular Hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
🙏 Good Friday (18): CLOSED
🙏 Black Saturday (19): CLOSED (walk-ins are welcome - morning only)
🌷 Easter Sunday (20): CLOSED

Regular operation will resume on 21st April 2025 (Mon) onwards.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we join in reflection and observance of this significant time in our faith. Please make sure to stock up on your water needs ahead of time.

BUDOL ALERT!
10 March 2025 around 7:45pm

Summary: Sinabi ng mambubudol na nagkachat na DAW kami sa contact number ko. Gusto nyang maglabas ng 100 pieces bottled alkaline water si Kuya Marvin Bohol. At isesend nya sa GCash ang payment ayon DAW sa usapan namin. Mabuti na lang alert ang staff sa mga ganitong situation.

RED FLAG #1: NEVER ko po ginamit ng personal contact number ko sa pagprocess ng bulk orders. May official contact number at FB page ang water station.

RED FLAG #2: NEVER po nangyari na ang customer ang nagsasabi sa staff sa bulk order. Informed po sila palagi sa lahat ng transactions (bulk, reseller & regular orders, deliveries, etc). Most of the time po, kami ang nagsasabi sa staff kung ano, kelan at ilan ang ipprocess. At syempre po kapag bulk order, may downpayment at OR po.

RED FLAG #3: Kung kelan po pasarado na ang water station, saka dumating ang mambubudol. At WALA po kami usapan, NEVER ko cya nakachat o nakausap sa phone. Hindi ko rin po cya kilala.
