I have always been passionate about helping people and I honed my skills throughout my career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for the past 8 years. Throughout my career, I was focused on customer service. I realized that it was the life and blood of any business venture, its not always about the numbers but the connection, the experience that people have with a certain brand. I am highly curious and I realized that there's more I could offer outside the corners of a corporate office and over the phone. I've grown my skills in social media management, community management, and content writing. I find joy in polishing these skills to help more businesses thrive. Outside work, you'll find me downloading pdf worksheets on my computer, spending most of my time with my two kids, playing and cuddling, and binge-watching on Netflix with my husband.
