📢 SERVICE ADVISORY NOTICE 📢

Please be advised that an internet service interruption occurred on August 8, 2026, due to a Meralco utility post breakdown near South Gawaran Court/Chapel, which affected our network facilities and caused an interruption in internet connectivity in the area.

Our technical team is ready to proceed with the necessary repairs. However, restoration of our network facilities cannot be completed until Meralco has cleared and removed the damaged utility post and made the area safe for our technicians to work.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will immediately begin restoration work once the area has been cleared and access is safe.

We are pleased to inform you that the internet service interruption caused by the mainline fiber breakage along Gawaran Avenue has been fully resolved.

Internet services in the affected areas of Bonair and Zionville have now been restored and are operating normally.

If your internet connection has not yet returned, please turn your modem OFF for 30 seconds, then turn it back ON to refresh your connection. If the issue persists after restarting your modem, kindly contact our support team for further assistance.
