Scope of the Role:
The US Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for offshore healthcare roles in multiple facilities, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and other healthcare settings. This role requires strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fastβpaced, highβvolume environment while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
