We will roast-to-order. We will never serve stale coffees.

A roast-to-order program means we commit to selling only freshly roasted coffees. Every week we will roast our specialty grade local and international grown coffees in small, limited quantities using our small batch roaster. To maintain the highest standards, each batch will be cupped and tasted same day before it reaches you. You'll never buy coffees from us directly that is roasted beyond two w

eeks - but you will find our coffee still on its peak quality and flavors for many weeks after. OUR VALUES

🚨Crowd - pleaser 🚨

"Not your typical classic "Cerrado" -BKYRD

We found this coffee to have a mild, citric acidity, a sweet, nutty (caramel, hazelnut) aroma and really intense sweetness, with touch of dried fruit and creamy chocolate notes.

Warning: This coffee is great without limits. This coffee has been roasted in a way that it can be brewed using both filter brew methods and espresso even with milk or without!
