๐งโ๐ซ PART-TIME INSTRUCTOR (Licensed Engineer)
Work Schedule: Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Qualifications:
โ๏ธ Must be a Licensed Engineer (EE, ECE, REE, etc.)
โ๏ธ Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is a plus
โ๏ธ Strong knowledge in Solar PV Systems, renewable energy, or electrical installations
โ๏ธ Excellent communication and presentation skills
โ๏ธ Passionate about teaching and technical skills development
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training modules related to solar installation and design
Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions
Support student learning with professional insights and guidance
Evaluate and assess trainee performance
๐ฃ SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekend events)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualifications:
โ๏ธ Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or related course
โ๏ธ With experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development
โ๏ธ Confident communicator with strong people skills
โ๏ธ Organized, proactive, and creative in executing campaigns
โ๏ธ Familiarity with renewable energy or technical industries is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Promote PHLSolarโs training programs and solar products
Build relationships with clients, partners, and communities
Manage social media platforms and marketing materials
Assist in organizing events, trainings, and seminars
Generate leads and meet enrollment/sales targets
