ERROR CODES
E1 - Smart card not inserted
E2 - Please do not remove and re-insert your viewing card
E4 - Smart card is not authorized to view this channel
E6 - Smart card is not yet activated
E10 - Card authorization expired to view this channel
E14 - Viewing card not authorized to use in this decoder
E11 - Not an NDS viewing card (E25 and E28)

CAUSES:
E1 - Wrongly inserted smart card or no Smart Card inserted
E2 – STB is unable to read/recognize the Smart card; Smart card maybe defective/worn-out; adaptor output is not 12V ± 0.5V
E4 – Smart card does not have the appropriate codes for the customer’s desired programming package
E6 – Wrong package was assigned to the Smart card
E10 – Smart card entitlement to view the package has already expired
E14 – STB and Smart card not paired. This indicates that a Smart card has been activated with a different STB.
E11 – Not an NDS Viewing Card.
