Hayashi 🍵 More balanced and layered flavor profile.

The higher proportion of Longjing raw materials, combined with upgraded processing, gives Hayashi matcha a more distinct aroma blending the bright freshness of Longjing with the mellow sweetness of Fuding Dabai.

The overall flavor is more balanced and harmonious, with no off-notes or astringency. It is smooth and mellow on the palate with a long finish.
