🚨This Graduate Diploma update COULD AFFECT YOUR PLANS!🇦🇺

Planning to study in Australia or already holding a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)?

Effective 5 October 2026, new international students can no longer enrol in or commence the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).

What does this mean for you?
✅ Already started before 5 October? You can continue your studies with your current provider.
⚠️ Have a CoE but haven't started? You cannot commence this course, and your CoE will be cancelled.

🎓 Need another study option? Contact your education provider to discuss suitable alternatives and any applicable refund entitlements.

📄 Planning to change courses? Check how the change could affect your Australian Student visa before making a decision.

❗ Important: This restriction applies to this specific course and not all Graduate Diploma courses in Australia. Your next steps will depend on your individual circumstances.

📣 IMPORTANT Skilled Independent Visa Update!

Australia’s next Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) invitation round is scheduled for 15 October 2026! 🚨

If you’re studying in Australia or preparing to graduate, now is a good time to start reviewing your skilled migration options.

DON’T OVERLOOK THIS IMPORTANT STEP:
✅ Ensure your Expression of Interest (EOI) is UP TO DATE and ALL information provided is ACCURATE.

💡 Remember: Studying in Australia doesn’t automatically qualify you for a skilled visa. Meeting the minimum points threshold also does not guarantee an invitation.

What if your STUDY DESTINATION could also SHAPE YOUR FUTURE CAREER? 🎓

Welcome to Otago.🇳🇿

Dunedin is known for its education environment, while the wider region has economic activity across healthcare, tourism, agriculture, technology and professional services. 👀

For international students, Otago may offer a distinctive study experience. For skilled professionals, the region can also be worth exploring depending on your occupation and career goals.✅

If you're planning to study in New Zealand, remember that work rights depend on the conditions of your student visa. Eligible students may be allowed to work up to 25 hours per week, depending on their course and visa conditions. 💼

👉 Could Otago match your professional goals?

Australia's Student Visa Rules JUST CHANGED!! 👀🇦🇺

Here’s what you need to know:
📍 Most Student visa applications must now be lodged from outside Australia, unless an exemption applies. In some cases, you must also be offshore when the visa is granted.

👨‍👩‍👧 Most students can no longer include their partner or dependent children in their Student visa application, and subsequent entrants are no longer allowed, subject to limited exemptions.

⚠️ Lodging under the wrong circumstances could make an application invalid.

👉 Before you enrol, travel or lodge your next Student visa application, make sure you understand which rules apply to you.

🇳🇿 New Zealand Parent Resident Visa JUST CHANGED! What happens to your EOI? 👀

Here’s what families need to know:
🔹 90% of EOIs will be selected through a date-ordered queue
🔹 Around 10% will be selected through a random ballot
🔹 The annual limit remains at 2,500 Parent Resident Visa approvals
🔹 The first selection under the new system is scheduled for 10 November 2026
🔹 If your EOI was valid on 5 October 2026, it has automatically moved into the new system — no action is required
🔹 INZ is currently finalising queue positions and will notify eligible EOI holders once they are confirmed

📌 Important: This update changes how EOIs are selected. The existing Parent Resident Visa eligibility requirements still apply.
