LEGAL SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Our legal account is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced sales and marketing personnel to help us continue to grow. We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. We will teach any required legal learning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Turn potential leads into clients.
• Scheduling appointments for incoming clients and providing them with travel arrangements.
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information, and input information into case management software.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Handle office tasks, such as electronic filing, document editing, and setting up for meetings
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and regular mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
JOB Qualifications / Skills:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• University/college degree is an asset.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time (48-hour-week) (Night shift only)
LOCATION: Baguio City (Office based)
SALARY: Php20,000-25,000++/month
