CRDRRMC: Typhoon LAWIN HAS INTENSIFIED AS IT CONTINUES TO MOVE IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF NORTHERN LUZON.TCWS: Signal No. 2 is now raised over the provinces of APAYAO, ABRA, KALINGA, MT. PROVINCE, IFUGAO, and BENGUETAt 5:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon LAWIN is now located 535 km East of Casiguran, Aurora with maximum sustained winds of up to 205 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 255 kph and it is forecasted to move West Northwest at 26 kph.The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions.
