RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
BOOKING or DEPOSITING confirms that you acknowledge these TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit/down-payment of 50% of the said rate is required to validate your reservations,
and the remaining balance shall be paid upon arrival.
DEPOSITED or PAID AMOUNTS are NON-REFUNDABLE, but it is a TRANSFERABLE to your
friends or relatives. "NO deposit NO reservation Non-refundable."
INFANTS are FREE of charge.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: 1:00 pm onwards, unless otherwise stated
Check-out time: 11:00 am (Strictly enforced during peak season)
Excess hour is allowed when the transient house will not be used by incoming guests.
Excess hour rate is 100.00/hr until 5 pm, beyond 5 pm we shall consider it as another overnight stay
HOUSE RULES
SMOKING
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed at the front yard.
PETS
In our efforts to maintain cleanliness we do allow pets inside the house provided that you
will take responsibility for their dirt. But they are strictly prohibited to stay on the beds.
VISITORS
Transients are allowed to accommodate guests but we strictly impose no sleepovers for said guests.
We will be charging for extra heads based on our price rates accordingly.
For SECURITY PURPOSES we do ask you to inform us your upcoming visitors.
NOISE
Noise levels must be kept to a level that will not disturb neighbors.
LIABILITY
Owner/Administrator is not liable for personal injuries or stolen items for the duration of your stay.
Check-out
Be sure the home is neat and tidy.
Kindly turn-off and/or unplug lights, faucets, other household appliances, and gas tank.
