We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to start ASAP.

🕘 Work Schedule:
Australian Time Zone — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Call interior designers and architects to check for project opportunities
• Send follow-up emails after calls
• Make follow-up calls regarding active projects
• Log and update records in HubSpot
• Coordinate with the team regarding leads and project updates

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong comprehension skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative, think critically, and act proactively
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with professionals
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) is an advantage
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Ability to work Australian business hours

Title: Customer Support (Remote)
Shift: Monday to Friday - 9PM to 5AM Manila Time
Rate: $3 /Hr. (Training Rate for 3 Months) $4 per hour after training period
Incentives: $40 per Sale
Payout: Weekly

Description:
I am in need of a customer support agent that can handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service and be able to handle a high volume of calls per day, ranging from 50-100 calls. Fluency in English is a must as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls per day
- Proficient in English language
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately and professionally
