Before the website, before the brand, before any of this was a business — there was the work.

Nearly three years inside a founder-led real estate investment company, I built the operational infrastructure while the business was actively scaling. CRM structure. Workflow design. SOPs. Accountability systems. Reporting visibility. Team went from 2 to 13. Revenue grew 7x.

Some of what I built held under pressure. Some of it showed where the structure needed to go deeper. I was there for all of it. That experience — the real one, with both outcomes — is what Laza Remote is built on.

I didn't plan a career in operations. I studied language and literature. But the way I think — structurally, in patterns, with very little patience for things that don't make sense — turned out to be exactly what this work asks for.

Laza Remote exists because the work I was doing inside one business is the work most founder-led businesses need. Someone who goes in and builds the structure that lets the founder lead instead of operate.
