WHAT WE NEED:
Our CANADA client seeks a motivated and resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team. This role is focused on cold calling, lead generation, and booking meetings with decision-makers responsible for employee benefits programs. You’ll be provided with lead sheets and will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make 75–150 outbound cold calls daily to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Identify and connect with the decision-maker responsible for employee benefits.
• Generate interest and book qualified meetings for our consultants.
• Track activity and progress in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously refine outreach strategies.
YOU MUST BE:
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required — clear, professional communication is essential.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is an asset, but not required (training provided).
• Goal-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily call volume and follow-ups.
